Here at Littlecroft, we pride ourselves on supporting our staff throughout their careers with the firm belief that investing in our people and facilities allows us to provide the very best of care to our patients and their owners.

As part of the VetPartners group, we encourage staff to continue their development through veterinary surgeon and veterinary nurse training courses to make sure they have the best knowledge and skills.

We recognise the value of continuous learning and development and we want to encourage all our colleagues to grow together, which is why we offer a range of Continuing Professional Development programme (CPD) opportunities, both clinical and non-clinical.

Our two-year veterinary graduate programme has been developed to deliver in-practice support alongside a structured CPD programme to develop clinical skills.

We run multiple RCVS-approved training practices for student veterinary nurses to qualify as registered veterinary nurses as part of their CPD programme providing nurses with opportunities to collaborate and share ideas, develop skills, focus on career progression and improve standards across the VetPartners’ group.
